Beijing Beer

Beijing Beer is the oldest brand beer in Beijing. Beijing Beer factory was built in 1941, during the beginning time, Beijing Beer was called as Beijing White Brand Beer because their logo used the white color. During 1995, Beijing Beer was beginning their cooperation with Japan Asahi Breweries Ltd. and Itochu Company. From then on, Beijing Beer company was renamed as Beijing Beer Asahi Co. Ltd..

Beijing beer is a locally produced alcoholic beverage for Beijing by Asahi Breweries. The logo is a graphical representation of the Temple of Heaven with Beijing in Chinese characters written underneath in a joined up fashion. It is possible to purchase in most convenient stores, particularly 7-Eleven, supermarkets and restaurants although not as widespread as China's two most popular beers, Tsingtao Beer and Yanjing Beer. Draft beer is available in restaurants while three different types are available in either 330ml cans or 600ml brown bottles for purchase.

 

The factory is located in Yanxi Industrial Development Area, Huairou District, Beijing. With an area of 167,000 sq meters, new production process was introduced to improve the quality of Beijing Beer.
