China International Architectural Expo

China International Architectural Expo is a leading event in building and construction industry in China, for the past 4 years, China International Architectural Expo attracted nearly 1,500 exhibitors from over 30 countries, Over 10,000 visitors from in and abroad visited the expo, now it has become the most influential and comprehensive building event in China.

 

China now has the largest construction market (about 1.5 trillion RMB) in the world, almost half of the world construction projects are conducted in China. Global financial crisis is a great impact to the Chinese construction market. However it is predicted that China's economy will fully recover in 2010. In the next few years, the investment on infrastructure, technological innovation, and real estate will remain in a high level. China’s construction market will continue to develop.

 

China’s urbanization process developsl rapidly. By the end of 2008, China’s urbanization rate has reached 45.6%, but by 2050, this figure will increase to more than 75%, indicating that the construction industry has a broad market prospects.
