Terms and Conditions of China Visa Invitation Letter

A China visa invitation letter is a part of your China tour package. Top China Travel can send an invitation letter to you on condition that you book your China tour package including all accommodation, transfer and sightseeing activities through Top China Travel. The sending of a China visa invitation letter alone is not allowed. Top China Travel will process your invitation letter after we have received the full payment from you.

You are responsible for your own China visa application from your local Chinese Embassy. Top China Travel can not offer you any assistance whatsoever with this process, nor guarantee of the success of your visa application. If your application is rejected, fax us the copies of your passport with the rejected confirmation by Chinese Embassy, we will refund your full payment of the tour, only charge the service fee for the invitation letter.
 

For a group under 5, the service fee is US $ 80 for the whole group. For a group of over 5 including 5, the service fee is US $10 for each person. In addition, US $50 is required for courier of original documents.
