Tour Details

Our professional local expert --- English speaking guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby at an appointed time and start the one day exciting trip in Beijing. Drive to Tian'anmen Square, which is regarded a the largest city square in the world. Walk through the Tian'anmen Rostrum with PLA soldiers guarded, then you will step through the Meridian Gate into the Forbidden City, which is just behind Tian'anmen Rostrum. Forbidden City is the largest imperial palace in China during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years, in which you will not only see the magnificent imperial architectures and the treasures collected, but also know more about the history of this palace and royal families' life through the guide's explanation.

Then we will drive from the downtown to the next highlight of today's Beijing day tour. Drive for a bout 1.5-2 hours to the foot of Mutianyu Great Wall  which is located in Huairou District of Beijing. Lunch is arranged at a local restaurant at the foot before climbing the great wall.  After a lunch and short break, we start the great wall exploration trip. Take a cable car up to the wall and enjoy your amazing time by walking along the wall. If you are interested in, a slideway is a available down to the foot after the visit. The tour ends by a drop-off at your hotel lobby.
